Tuffa UK has launched a new spare parts delivery partnership with parcel delivery service provider, DPD.
DPD will be delivering all our ancillary products and spare parts on a next day service to the UK mainland.
We hold over 100 lines of spare parts including pumps, fuel nozzles, hoses, filters, tank lids and caps, overfill alarms, fuel management systems, gauges, pipework and fixings. A wide selection of these products are held in stock in our mezzanine level stores, available for next day delivery to keep our customers’ tanks functioning to optimum capacity.
Keeping you in touch
Now we have our own Tuffa/DPD portal enabling us to produce printed labels for our packaging. We will also be entering our customer’s email or text number into our system which will enable you to receive a text or email notification giving full details of your delivery time, drivers name with picture and the facility for you to track the driver on his route.
In addition, we can live track and trace all deliveries in real time through our portal, managing the consignment details to change delivery date, address and arrange a return if our customer no longer requires the parcel.
