Delivery information
We have built up an extensive customer base for our liquid storage tanks both in the UK and overseas and our excellent delivery service available is second to none.A guideline to our delivery options and lead times available is as follows:
Tank delivery options:
| Standard delivery | Delivery only * (excludes off-loading) |
| Tail-lift delivery – T1 (1350 model only) | Delivery with tail-lift off-load to the side of the vehicle only* |
| Hiab off-loading – H1 / H2 | H1: Delivery with Hiab off-load* |
| H2: Delivery with Hiab off-load with positioning |
* Positioning is the responsibility of the customer.
Tank lead times:
Although we hold some stock, Tuffa tanks are generally built to order and have the typical lead times:
| Plastic tanks | Small standard tanks (up to 2500 litres): 2-3 weeks |
| Large standard tanks (over 2500 litres): 2-3 weeks | |
| Effluent tank: 1 week (often in stock with delivery as soon as 2 working days) | |
| Steel tanks | Small standard tanks (up to 2300 litres): 6-8 weeks |
| Large standard tanks (over 2300 litres): 8-10 weeks |
| Petrol tanks 8-10 weeks |
We will endeavor to meet given lead times and will communicate with our clients accordingly. If a delivery for an order is urgent, please contact us.
Parcel lead times:

| Europe | Parcel: 3-5 days dependent on location |
